• Projects to improve strategic themes are commissioned to ensure progress in the fields of health and QWL on the site.
• Health risk assessments are carried out and action plans are implemented.
• Necessary alerts are transmitted to the relevant departments.
• Collective and individual preventive actions are carried out in collaboration with the site's stakeholders to prevent any deterioration in employee health due to work as part of the site's strategic plan.
• Health prescriptions, good practices and regulations are implemented on the site.
• Medical surveillance is carried out and fitness for duty is granted in compliance with medical ethics, local standards and legislation.
• Job retention on site is ensured by proposals for the layout of workstations.
• Emergency care is provided within the framework of the rescue organization.
• If necessary, the management and running of the health service is ensured.
• Medical confidentiality is ensured regarding all individual employee information.
• Health and QWL expertise is guaranteed:
