PRINCIPAIS REALIZAÇÕES ESPERADAS

  • Gerenciar contas de todos os tamanhos, representando sua equipe externamente junto aos clientes e internamente, trabalhando com várias partes interessadas 

  • Desenvolver um entendimento completo da posição do cliente no mercado, seu produto/serviço, pontos de diferença e cenário competitivo 

  • Capturar, gerenciar e responder às solicitações/reclamações dos clientes  

  • Estabelecer e construir sólidos relacionamentos de trabalho com líderes de negócios em todos os níveis 

  • Gerenciar a comunicação cotidiana com o cliente e os relacionamentos contínuos no que se refere a projetos atuais, novos e futuros, incluindo revisão de negócios 

  • Preparar e apresentar informações de vendas e propostas eficazes para o cliente durante a renovação ou novas iniciativas 

  • Conforme necessário, visitar clientes, participar de feiras comerciais e outros eventos do setor para aproveitar as oportunidades de networking e construção de relacionamentos 

  • Permanecer proativamente conectado aos clientes e ao mercado em constante mudança para acessar novas oportunidades de pesquisa e garantir que todos os clientes viáveis estejam engajados de forma regular e eficaz  

  • Desenvolver/gerar novos leads monitorando tendências, realizando pesquisas, identificando oportunidades, fazendo chamadas frias (cold calling, entrar em contato por telefone com clientes em potencial que ainda não expressaram interesse) e marcando reuniões.
