Collaborate with business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and other functions to understand their data needs and consult on insights that can be derived proactively from data.
•Propose alternative data-driven approaches for business decision-making and offer solutions to optimize processes.
•Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations that clearly represent key insights relevant to different business functions.
•Use performance improvement techniques to optimize dashboards for efficient data processing and user experience.
•Work closely with data teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for Power BI dashboards.
•Perform in-depth analysis of data and transform it into meaningful, actionable insights for various business functions.
•Collaborate with business units to translate business needs into technical solutions and ensure smooth integration of Power BI reports into business workflows.
Technical Skills Requirements:
•Power BI Expertise:
Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, including designing and developing complex dashboards and reports.
Extensive knowledge of Power Query and data transformation techniques.

In-depth understanding of Power BI Service, including workspace management, app deployment, and sharing content with end-users.
•Data Modeling and DAX:
Expertise in Data Modeling: Building star schema, snowflake schema, and proper data relationships for efficient querying.

Strong command over DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for creating complex measures, calculated columns, and time intelligence functions.

Ability to optimize DAX queries for performance and memory efficiency.
•Data Integration & Tools:
Experience integrating data from various sources such as SQL databases, Excel, APIs, cloud-based services (e.g., Azure, AWS), CRM systems, and using tools like Dremio and Databricks.
•Dashboard Performance & Optimization:
Strong experience in improving dashboard performance, including optimizing data refresh times, reducing data load, and enhancing user experience.

Experience working with tools like Dremio and Databricks to enhance data retrieval, processing, and pipeline efficiency for Power BI dashboards.
•Business Function Familiarity:
Familiarity with various business functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Supply Chain.
•Data Visualization and UX:

Strong skills in creating visually compelling dashboards following best practices for data visualization.

Experience in using custom visuals, bookmarks, drill-throughs, and tooltips for better user interactivity and storytelling.

Ability to build paginated reports using Power BI Report Builder, if required.
•Advanced Power BI Features:
Experience in using Power BI Premium, Power BI Embedded, and Power Automate for advanced automation and integration scenarios.

Familiarity with RLS (Row-Level Security) to control access to data within Power BI reports.
Experience with Power BI API for automation and data refresh tasks.
