Your role:

Responsible for customer engagement strategy, content production and associated approaches, the selected candidate will specialize in a group of vocations within the Off-Road business line. You will promote to the regions what is made available to them for localization and activation and monitor its performance. You propose the best way to engage in these key elements and identify the pillars of customer engagement.

We need you for:

  • Engage our customers, distributors, vehicle manufacturers, sales force and organization.
  • Contribute to the definition of the engagement strategy by vocation or group of vocations of the Off-Highway business line (LB) based on the customer experiences designed and the marketing objectives of the LBs & Regions, considering the group's entire offering (products, services or solutions).
  • Build the message architecture and define asset and content requirements to support the engagement strategy.
  • Write activation guidelines to support the regional engagement strategy, and develop the assets and content required according to their activation plans.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and developments in paid search (SEA) and search engine optimization (SEO), mobile, video, email, social media and affiliate programs, so as to always propose strategies relevant to our targets.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of design and activation in order to propose improvements and action plans.
  • Prepare and manage the annual engagement budget given by the business lines and ensure its effective use.
  • Contribute to the brand's strategic positioning platform.

What do you need to possess for being successful?

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, administration or communications and 3 years' experience in a similar role.
  • You are at ease in a bilingual environment (French and English), so that you can communicate both orally and in writing with your colleagues and our international partners.
  • You are agile, with a positive, collaborative and proactive approach.
  • You are committed to providing excellent service to internal customers and are comfortable leading meetings.
  • You are comfortable in the B2B world and working on strategic aspects.
  • You are a self-starter with a good sense of organization, attention to detail and time management.
  • You have good analytical skills and a good command of Excel and the Office suite.
  • You are occasionally available to visit our colleagues in Europe.
