About the Role 
As Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, driving regional growth, customer success and operational excellence. Through coaching, performance management and strategic execution, you will ensure the team delivers against business objectives while fostering a collaborative and accountable culture. 

 

Key Responsibilities:   

  • Lead, coach and develop a regional sales team to achieve business objectives 

  • Drive sales performance through effective planning, KPI management and execution discipline.  

  • Support customer growth opportunities and complex commercial negotiations.  

  • Ensure effective territory management, forecasting and CRM utilisation 

  • Translate business strategy into clear regional priorities and actions.  

  • Foster team engagement, collaboration and continuous improvement. 

 

What We're Looking For: 

  • Proven sales leadership experience with a track record of developing high-performing teams.  

  • Strong coaching, communication and stakeholder management skills.  

  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and achieve commercial targets.  

  • Strategic thinker with strong business and customer acumen.  

  • Experience managing sales performance, forecasting and operational execution.  

  • A collaborative and results-oriented leader who inspires accountability and success.
