Business Development Manager – Material Handling & Ports – AIM

Mission:

  • Explore and Expand into a new market by creating a competitive position from existing solutions.
  • Deploy new growth levers for the company.

Key Expected Achievements

  • Manage both existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending investments.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners.
  • Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Lead and provide direction to Account managers on new opportunities to assure complete understanding of evolving operational & strategic customer needs.
