  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with commercial clients to drive revenue growth and improve partnerships.
  • Lead the end-to-end account process, ensuring detailed internal coordination to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address client concerns, achieve business objectives, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand the client base.
  • Demonstrate positivity, an eagerness to learn, and open to new challenges.
  • Supervise key performance indicators to track progress and implement corrective measures as needed.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.

What will you bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Proven record of success in commercial sales, account management, or related field with a strong eye for business and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to optimally connect with clients and internal partners.
  • Ability to collaborate optimally in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Proven track record to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and is a plus.
