PRINCIPAIS REALIZAÇÕES ESPERADAS Gerencia pedidos e entregas • Coleta, registra e confirma pedidos do cliente conforme suas necessidades, acordo e nível de serviço estabelecido. • Propõe alternativas de produtos em caso de phase out ou penúria. • Se pertinente, otimiza, planeja e coordena a entrega com clientes e parceiros. Monitora a execução • Gerencia o portfólio de pedidos do cliente e monitora a execução. • Trabalha com os parceiros relevantes para garantir entregas no prazo e compromisso com o serviço. • Alerta proativamente os clientes em caso de qualquer evento, atraso ou falha com relação ao serviço assumido e participa da busca de uma solução para o cliente. • Informa e acompanha os clientes. Gerencia solicitações • Coleta solicitações e reclamações do cliente. • Analisa e fornece solução do problema ou a resposta adequada. • Contata, acompanha e fecha o ciclo com o cliente. • Analisa a causa de raiz e implementa ações corretivas para eliminar recorrências. • Compartilha problemas recorrentes com os parceiros internos para encontrar soluções. Suporte às vendas • Busca oportunidade de fazer up-selling e cross-selling em resposta a pedidos dos clientes, solicitações e gerenciamento de portfólio. Aplica e aprimora métodos de trabalho • Aplica padrões e procedimentos (inclusive regras de controle interno e embargo...). • Contribui para a melhoria contínua, a fim de aprimorar os métodos de trabalho e a satisfação do cliente.
