This role is based in the Michelin Corporate Business Services in Bucharest, where more than 800 colleagues deliver excellence in Purchasing, Finance, Logistics, Order to Cash, Personnel and Service Management.  

This role is responsible for the management of a designated portfolio of signed contracts with customers and responsible for all elements related to their management including the billing process and offerings. The Customer Support Specialist will assist customers and service providers, seeking solutions to meet their needs with efficiency, agility and quality while respecting the company values.

What we’re looking for:  

  • Bachelor’s degree; 

  • Fluency in English and German (at least B2 level); 

  • Customer support or invoicing experience; 

  • Problem solving skills and customer-oriented approach; 

  • Team-worker attitude and proactivity; 

  • Analytical skills; 

The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Management of contracts / prices / commercial conditions:

    • Correct and timely setting of manual prices and commercial conditions based on contracts and information from the Key Account Manager;

    • Verification of contracts, price accuracy and commercial conditions;

    • Creation of customers and suppliers accounts;

    • Ensure correct execution of the contract.

  • Invoicing:

    • Collection and analyzing the necessary data for the preparation of invoices, for all revenue streams;

    • Calculation and validation of invoices at the expected deadlines (billing calendar);

    • Management of vehicle inflows exits and transfers to ensure the correct updating of the customer's fleet;

    • Issuing corrective documents and resolution of anomalies;

    • Dealing with value complaints received from customers and service providers;

    • Compliance with financial transaction rules;

    • Issuing reports requested by partners, customers, service providers, managers, according to the data agreed in the operational calendars or ad hoc requests.
