Michelin is hiring!
The Fleet Auditor will:
MANAGE SERVICE PROVIDERS OF HIS/HER PERIMETER
- Contribute to Service Provider qualification.
- Train the Service Provider network on process rules and data encoding.
- When applicable, ensure the material is available at the Service Provider.
- Check good implementation of initial and final inspections.
- Ensure the Quick Scan “day to day” process between SP and Customer is under control.
- Inform his/her manager of any change in Service Provider organization (manager change, staff shortage…).
- Ensure that Service Provider has the proper inventory to support the Customer.
AUDIT AND STEER SERVICE PROVIDERS PERFORMANCE
- Perform some Fleet audits to check quality and quantity of SP’s inspections.
- Audit the Service Provider’s operational performance in the area of safety, economics and compliance to the process rules defined in the Service Provider or Maintenance guide.
- With his/her manager, steer the Service Provider’s operational performance on specifics KPI (RTD, unseen vehicles, SR backlog…) and when necessary, follow up corrective actions plan with Service Provider. .
MANAGE FLEET CONTRACT CLOSELY WITH THE CUSTOMER
- Pre-audit prospect Customer fleet prior to contract signature (type of vehicles, tyres storage, RTD on 20% of tyres, usage conditions…).
- Inform his/her manager of any change in Customer organization (usage conditions, type of work, number of vehicles, all information related to the Customer’s activity).
- Proactively address the customer needs and requests related to Operations topics.
- Manage the unseen vehicles and make sure that Customer is continuously aware of them.
- Manage the damaged tyres process and ensure invoicing to Customer.
- Manage exit vehicles.
ENSURE QUICKSCAN BASIC AFTERSALES SERVICE
- Do basic sanity checks (signage, slabs and STACS states / appearance, slabs tightening).
- Replace slabs when needed.
GUARANTEE THE DEPLOYMENT OF SAFETY RULES IN HIS/HER AREA (MICHELIN TEAM, CUSTOMER AND SP)
- Participate in deployment of safety rules in line with customer site regulation and ensure a prevention plan is written and that the SP applies it.
- Follow the respectation of safety rules.
