Job overview:

Partner with LCM and PDP to support people and team development by:

• Delivering and ensuring access to relevant learning programs
• Ensuring training is effective and well-executed
• Maintaining professionalism of internal and external trainers
• Advising on continuous improvement of learning offerings

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR. Having experiences in Training is an advantage
• Experience in manufacturing environment is preferable
