PRINCIPAIS REALIZAÇÕES ESPERADAS • O processo de planos de manutenção é pilotado (criação, melhorias, medição da eficácia…) • Conformidade materiais (domínios EP, Qualidade, Sustentabilidade) • A equipe de Método e Apoio se envolvem com os setores nas iniciativas de confiabilidade e necessidades de manutenção nível 3, • Garantia dos métodos (BMA, AMDEC, Bibsolv+, …) tableaux de bord, existência e uso de indicadores, • Otimização do TRS para equipamentos gargalos, dos custos de manutenção, diminuição dos estoques, redução do consumo • Competências técnicas e de métodos para a Equipe TEC • Definição e aprimoramento dos padrões das máquinas aplicáveis à função TEC para todos os domínios SMQDC • Garantia da qualidade da manutenção da atividade, em uma dinâmica de progresso. • Integração da facilidade de manutenção e da confiabilidade no material existente ou em novos materiais • Plano de reposição de componentes e de sistemas obsoletos (coordena este plano com os setores e o RTA)Inspire Motion for Life: Apply Today!
