In the Industrial Engineering & Projects Department, we aim to deliver innovative and sustainable industrial solutions by designing, integrating, and implementing equipment and systems that support operational excellence and future growth.

MISSION:

In the domain of industrial equipment and project engineering,

  • Lead engineering studies to identify and deliver the most effective technical solutions for industrial investment projects.
  • Design, integrate, and implement equipment solutions in compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and project objectives.
  • Manage project execution from concept through installation, commissioning, and final acceptance.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Good understanding of mechanical systems, equipment design, and industrial engineering principles
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, diagrams, and technical specifications
  • Proficiency in mechanical design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks
  • Good knowledge of mechanical analysis and engineering calculations
  • Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Experience or exposure to project execution, equipment installation, or industrial engineering projects
  • Ability to prepare technical reports, engineering documentation, and presentations
  • Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken, minimum B2 level)

Preferred:

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or capital investment projects
  • Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies, design reviews, and quality planning processes
  • Experience managing suppliers, contractors, or engineering consultants
  • Familiarity with equipment commissioning and factory/site acceptance testing
