• Métodos e práticas aplicadas (verificar se o trabalho foi realizado em conformidade com requisitos de segurança, qualidade, proteção ambiental, respeito às instruções, rastreamento etc.) • Planos de manutenção otimizados (frequência respeitada, qualidade garantida, análises e propostas de melhoria realizadas, verificar se as atividades E são sistematicamente planejadas em caso de inspeções classificadas como « C »…). • Eficácia de todas as intervenções (prevenção de panes, disponibilidade das peças de reposição, regularização da falha em tempo otimizado etc.) • Melhora do TRS-P (duração de panes e tempos de parada para prevenção, tempo de ciclo, taxa de micro falhas e outros, consistentes com os objetivos de cada máquina). • Eficiência de todas as intervenções (recursos usados, consumo de peças de reposição, eficiência energética sustentável dos equipamentos). • Apoiar os processos MQP (eventos da véspera analisados, requisitos de briefings 5' tratados ou atualizados) • Aplicação dos padrões MTP respeitando a manutenção (bloqueios, procedimentos de desbloqueio) • Domínio do impacto durante as evoluções de equipamentos (analisa as potenciais consequências das evoluções sobre a confiança, qualidade, eficácia na manutenção) • Coaching de solucionadores de problemas e trabalhos programados de responsáveis pela manutenção (formação em intervenções técnicas, garantir a aplicação dos métodos de manutenção, promover o uso do Bibsolv+, manter a conformidade do equipamento, a atualização do arquivo técnico e da Bill of Materials)"
