As part of our Graduate Program, you will begin your journey as a Learning and leadership development specialist You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement of learning initiatives, using feedback and data to help transform how leadership development is designed and experienced

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated early-career professional to grow your expertise in talent development while contributing to meaningful change.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

In our People & Talent Strategy , you will gain the foundations to become a leader. You will start as a Learning and leadership development specialist , but will have opportunities to experience other roles such as Recruiter, HR Generalist, Transformation Project, HR Progress, HRBP, Regional role.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

We are looking for talented and ambitious individuals who: 

•  Bachelor’s degree holder with up to 3 years of professional experience in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Organizational Development, Communication, Business Administration or related fields
• Demonstrate a strong interest in people development, leadership, learning, and organizational growth

• Proficiency in Business English (Upper intermediate or B2+), with additional languages considered a plus
• Collaborative problem-solver who thrives in diverse environments
• Impact-driven, with the ambition to make a meaningful contribution to our Michelin in Motion 2030 strategy from day one
• Fully mobile and open to new experiences across the region
