At Michelin, the Norm & Regulation Department plays a critical role in ensuring our products, processes, and operations comply with applicable regulations, internal standards, and quality requirements. Beyond compliance, we contribute to building a culture of operational excellence by providing reliable administrative support, maintaining accurate documentation, and enabling efficient collaboration across functions.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, our department contributes to business success by facilitating regulatory compliance, maintaining standardized documentation, and supporting initiatives that strengthen governance and operational effectiveness.

MISSION:
In this role, he/she/they will:
- Ensure the follow up of certificate application
- Provide good organizational assistance
- Respect the deadline
- Make sure all data link to certificate application updated on time
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
1. Apply product certificates for new items and renewal.
- Check the alignment data on documents received from peers
- Make alert if see any discrepancies and make corrections
- Fill required data in Application form
- Printing all required documents.
- Complete and obtain signature on submission dossier from appropriate personnel and stamp
- Courier document and tracking
- Tracking tire samples shipment sent by tire designers & rim available in warehouse.
2. Liaise with Authority for application and getting approval letter.
- Contact Logistics & warehouse services to collect required documents
- Check documents alignment and make corrections if found any discrepancy
- Fill required data in application form
- Printing required documents
- Complete and obtain signature on submission dossier from appropriate personnel and stamp
- Follow up with Authority for submission and explain if any question asked or correct the documents if any.
- Collect approval letter from Authority and pass to peers for customs clearance
3. Maintain certificate and verification in files including submission dossier, correspondence for all assigned duties.
4. Record certificate by following the expiry date and making plan for renewal.
5. Tracking and processing monthly payment related to products certificate.
6. Assist and coordinate relevant functions for product certification and plant audit.
7. Provide up-to-date regulations in relation to Authority. In case of official document is issued in local language, translate it to English or order translation and validate it.
8. Support the Norm and Regulation projects from time to time.
9. Perform other ad-hoc/ duties (as not listed here) when business needs.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Based in Ho Chi Minh
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, regulatory, compliance, or other relevant support role.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and work effectively under the guidance of senior team members.
- High level of attention to detail with a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
- Ability to manage workload efficiently and consistently meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues proactively and contribute to practical solutions.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and conscientious.
