PRINCIPAIS REALIZAÇÕES ESPERADAS: • Passar os pedidos em conformidade com o plano de aprovisionamento (catálogos eletrônicos prioritariamente), ou por delegação pontual. • Acompanhar a expedição dos produtos de acordo com o processo e os Princípios de Compras Michelin. • Identificar as não conformidades e encaminhar as reclamações ao fornecedor (atraso, quantidade, problemas de qualidade). • Enviar requisições de compra que superam o montante autorizado para o comprador. • Monitorar as encomendas, desde o pedido (conforme o plano de sourcing) até o cronograma de entrega. • Enviar toda as informações necessárias aos fornecedores (solicitante, endereço de entrega, embalagem...). • Acompanhar os indicadores (criação de valor). • Arquivar os documentos administrativos.
