OUR TEAM:

In the Production / Manufacturing Department, we aim to ensure operational excellence by delivering high-quality products through standardized processes, continuous improvement, and strong capability development.

MISSION:

In the domain of production and process engineering,

  • Ensure product quality and process performance in line with defined standards and targets.
  • Deploy and sustain Michelin Manufacturing Way best practices within the assigned Business Unit.
  • Drive continuous improvement to enhance quality, productivity, and process stability.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical) or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome; up to 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, process engineering, or quality is a plus
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality principles
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement concepts
  • Experience or exposure to project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and data-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and digital tools)
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken, minimum B2 level)
  • Willing to be placed in Cikarang Timur, Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat

Preferred:

  • Experience in process improvement, quality engineering, or operations
  • Familiarity with root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA)
  • Exposure to manufacturing systems or industrial standards
  • Internship or project experience in industrial/manufacturing environments
