Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Any Specialization)
Experience: 0–12 years (Freshers can also apply depending on role)
Job Location: SIPCOT, Industrial Park, Gummidipoondi, Thiruvallur, Chennai
Willingness to work in shifts
Strong safety awareness and discipline
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Role 1) Production & Machine Operations
Operate and monitor production machines and automated systems.
Support machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
Maintain production output as per targets and SOPs.
Handle material movement, including forklift or equipment operation.
Role 2) Quality
Conduct in‑process and final quality checks.
Use measurement tools and follow QC procedures.
Support root‑cause analysis and corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to Michelin quality standards.
Role 3) Maintenance & Utility
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on mechanical/electrical equipment.
Support installation and commissioning of machines.
Maintain plant utilities such as compressors, HVAC, boilers, chillers.
Monitor equipment performance and ensure uptime.
