PRINCIPAIS REALIZAÇÕES ESPERADAS No seu perímetro: • Implanta ferramentas e melhores práticas de abordagens de progresso (MW) para melhorar o desempenho dos processos/entidades • Especialistas em progresso e outros colaboradores são formados para aplicar métodos e ferramentas de progresso, de acordo com padrões, com a postura apropriada. • Coordena e participa da rede de progresso: compartilha experiências, identifica necessidades de formação, presta formação e valida recrutamentos no métier. • Atualiza ferramentas e métodos de acordo com as necessidades (feedback da rede, prioridades do grupo etc.) • Nas equipes centrais TZ indústria; o modelo MAPP é adequado e utilizado pelas DI, o plano de transformação é definido. O sistema de produção é regularmente desafiado. • Nas atividades industriais: o modelo MAPP é implementado ou evolução do OR2 para MAPP está em progresso.
