Os princípios do Bom da Primeira Vez são aplicados. • Os riscos de não atingimento da satisfação do cliente, da conformidade dos produtos e do desempenho de Qualidade são antecipados. As ações de redução de riscos são implementadas. • Todas as não-conformidades, reclamações e desvios de desempenho são tratados com a reatividade necessária. A eficácia das ações implementadas é demonstrada. As causas de anormalidades e de baixo desempenho são capitalizadas. • O componente Qualidade de Obtenção do Plano Progresso foi concluído. Ele contribui para sua definição. • Todos os atores da qualidade de obtenção do ateliê estão sujeitos a uma orientação métier da qualidade adaptada (mentoring, formação, ....)
