Senior Product Owner – B2Pro (F/H) Paris

CONTEXT OF THE JOB  

Within the Michelin Group, the Business Line Lifestyle is structured around several brands: Michelin Guide (restaurants and hotels selection), Tablet Hotels (hotels selection), Robert Parker Wine Advocate (Wine selection), Via Michelin and Licensing.  

The Business Line Lifestyle is undergoing some major evolutions. The recent period of restructuring combined with the expansion of its international footprint has resulted in a significant improvement in its economic performance.   

While building on its B2B foundations, today's growth strategy also aims to leverage our distinctive assets and focus on B2C & B2PRO (restaurants, hotels & wine professionals) to drive brand preference and customer engagement. To this end, Michelin Lifestyle is recruiting a talented Senior Product owner to build and scale the new Michelin Guide platform dedicated to professionals. 

Senior Product Owner – B2Pro 

You will be responsible for maximizing the value of The digital shopping platform dedicated to restaurant, hospitality, and wine professionals as the Michelin Guide website is for pro, ensuring smooth execution and facilitating the pro user experience. 

This is a newly created position, reporting to the to the B2Pro acceleration plan lead and Product Lead in Paris. 

Your responsibilities 

• Build and prioritize a multi-vertical roadmap (restaurants / hotels / wine) 

• Own the backlog and lead agile delivery in collaboration of the  ( creation of user stories even technical, prioritization, ceremonies) 

• Identify user pain points and turn them into impactful product opportunities 

• Ensure a seamless and relevant experience for different professional segments 

• Monitor and optimize product and business KPIs 

• Collaborate closely with Tech, Data, CRM, Marketing, Customer Support, and Business teams 

• Ensure alignment across stakeholders (priorities, constraints, risks) 

Your profile 

• 5+ years of experience in Product (PO/PM) in an international digital environment 

• Strong experience with B2B, SaaS, or multi-sided platforms 

• Ability to make hard trade-offs between scope, budget, and time often using framework 

• Technical/Domain Understanding: Understanding of software development processes, user experience (UX), and specific industry knowledge. 

• Strong product sense with a user-centric and data-driven mindset 

• Hands-on, able to manage on operational topics daily 

• Ability to structure, prioritize, and deliver in complex environments 

• Ability to leverage AI tools to transform product management practices: automation of low-value tasks, improvement of deliverable quality, prototyping, acceleration of discovery and delivery cycles. 

• Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders 

• Experience in hospitality, gastronomy
