Align the development to the customer requirements and support the team on technical questions
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using .NET, Angular, and SQL technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and deliverables.
- Lead creative sessions required for the technical component in cooperation (design events, design to cost, etc ...)
- Leading the development low to high fidelity prototypes of products or possibly associated services
- Present to customer the technical solution and answer and support the team on technical questions
- Train team and/or customer on the technical aspects.
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Conduct unit testing and participate in system testing to ensure quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create user-friendly interfaces.
- Coordinate with project managers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure timely project delivery.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in .NET, Angular, and SQL development.
- Secure the internal and external resources required for the success of the initiative
- Connect the initiative team with Michelin's internal & external resources (ex: DORD)
- Build, animate and maintain a network of expert throughout the initiative
- Manage the technical investment budget for the CVR Initiative.
- Prepare and present project status and required deliverables at defined milestones/reviews

- Secure the internal and external resources required for the success of the initiative
- Connect the initiative team with Michelin's internal & external resources (ex: DORD)

Oversee development of the solution
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams in the development of the technical solution
- Build and maintain a robust technical database.
- Write the technical user guide to be used by the team/customer and maintain up to date.
- Plan and execute technical reviews (including competitive product review) of the initiative (internal / external)
- Develop an intellectual property protection strategy and file patent applications,
- Support the market experiments and the execution of the market pilots
