Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across multiple teams and projects.
• Design and architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and uphold high engineering standards.
• Mentor and coach engineers to support their professional growth.
• Drive adoption of best practices in software development, testing, and deployment.
• Lead technical planning, risk assessment, and decision-making processes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python,asp .net,).
• working knowledge of APIs and Data engineering.
• Proven experience in system architecture, design patterns, and cloud infrastructure (Azure).
• Deep understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, DevOps, CI/CD).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical roadmaps.
• Good understanding of agile ways of working and delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Contributions to open-source projects or technical publications.
• Familiarity with compliance and security standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).
