UX/UI Designer

Empathetically understand user needs and collaborate to transform them into effective solutions. Apply UX/UI methodologies, Design Thinking, and product-oriented approaches. Lead design workshops and prototype interfaces to deliver pleasant and efficient user experiences. Support teams in their user-centric digital transformation journey.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:

User Research

• Gather insights on user needs, behaviors, and expectations through various methods including interviews, surveys, and observation
• Identify trends, issues, and opportunities by analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data
• Develop personas and user journeys tailored to specific context

User Experience (UX) DESIGN

• Generate creative solutions that address user needs based on research findings
• Prepare and facilitate brainstorming sessions with key stakeholders
• Validate navigation flows, layout, and information hierarchy with users through various models (sketches, wireframes, diagrams)

User Interface (UI) Design

• Create cohesive and visually appealing interfaces by developing high-fidelity mockups incorporating graphic elements, colors, typography, and icons
• Maintain consistent user experiences by ensuring all visual elements adhere to brand standards, style guides, and accessibility requirements through proper implementation of the Design System

Tests and Improvements

• Identify enhancement opportunities through management and analysis of user tests (usability testing, A/B testing, etc.)
• Refine designs based on user feedback and usage metrics

Collaboration

• Ensure design feasibility and effectiveness through close collaboration with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders
• Present and advocate for design decisions to stakeholders
• Contribute to user experience communities of practice
• Coordinate UX/UI initiatives across business units
• UX/UI training is conducted

AI & Modern Product Design Skills

• Working knowledge of AI-powered design tools such as Figma AI, FigJam AI, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Lovable, Bolt, or similar platforms. 
• Understanding of prompt engineering fundamentals for UX and product design workflows. 
• Basic understanding of AI-assisted prototyping and "Vibe Coding" concepts to rapidly validate ideas. 
• Stay updated with emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices relevant to Product Design.
