MISSION:

- They establish a MTP strategy that contributes to meeting the challenges within their scope.
- They validate the orientations and necessary resources in phase with the industry roadmap.
- They pilot, deploy and have the Tools & Methods required for the variation reduction program implementation, allowing a change in the behavior of all personnel and the associated management actions.
- They pilot, deploy and have the Total Process Control approach implemented.
- They demonstrate the achievement of results and monitors their sustainability.
- They ensure the maintenance and development of Variation Reduction / MTP Tools and Methods competencies
- They contribute to the sustainability and succession plans of their network.

KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:
1. A Charter / Roadmap which specifies the Business challenges is available and validated by the managers of their entity.
2. The management of the deployment of actions is carried out according to the priorities defined in the variation reduction program strategy. The MTP coverage rate is kept up to date and is progressing.
3. The progress of the associated foundation is evaluated.
4. Variation reduction projects can be initiated by the coordinator or animator with teams from the activities of their perimeter.
5. The advancement of the Variation Reduction Roadmap for the factories concerned is supported by the coordinator.
6. The process capability and stability indicators are monitored and updated periodically by the animator and coordinator.
7. Monitoring or control maps as part of the statistical process control approach are implemented or implemented by the workshops with the support of the animator.
8. Variation Reduction or MTP projects are carried out in accordance with the recommended methodology in order to reduce process dispersions within their scope of responsibility.
9. A dashboard linking actions and operational results / issues is managed and communicated. The necessary arbitrations are passed on to the managers of the entity.
10. The Variation Reduction / MTP network is managed, the schedule of expected actions is respected.
11. The development of competencies and the sustainability of their network is ensured in particular through the creation / development / animation of training modules and support for new employees and employees changing jobs.
12. At the request of managers, competencies diagnostics in the field of Variation Reduction methods and MTP are carried out
13. The Digital tools for capturing and exploiting Product and/or Process characteristics are known and used
